Paul Allen was asked to make two candelabrum to be used in Twelfth Night, both in this country and America, and subsequently in Richard III. All the props used at the Shakespeare's Globe Theatre are thoroughly researched and made true to the period - the drawing for the candelabrum was taken from an original in the Tower of London.
